Welcome aboard the team, we are a fairly new team, but I think I am right in saying ---- we have a load of experience between us. I think we have all the ideas , we have to make life style changes and not "diet" because we have all found out, to our horror, that it goes back on and sometimes more.
You need to go back and think what triggered 'comfort eating' - I have been told that it is to fill a void in your life - though I am still looking into mine.
You need to listen to your body and just eat when hungry, once you have done that you can then concentrate on losing weight.
