We all have our have different needs and ways of measuring success, but share many things in common. (Sounds kind of like our clients?) Individualizing our own programs for a healthy life is the best way to build the healthy life style we want for ourselves & our clients.

Hi everyone...my name is Jeannie. I've been working night shift for over 20 years. Over the years, I've let my weight get out of control and really haven't been good about either my diet or my exercise habits. I decided a couple of months ago to try and get my act together and have managed to lose 18 pounds on my own but still have a long way (weigh ) to go. I just joined SparkPeople and am starting to learn all of the resources available. I look forward to connecting with other night shift nurses out there!
