im a 22 year old mom to a 2.5year old :) I brought up running this year when i broke my knuckle and couldnt continue with P90X. I have ran a 10k and a 5k in the last month. This month i have a 10k and a half marathon in February I am training for. I strength train 5 days a week.. I eat 100% clean and drink TONS of water. I am down 33lbs in 5 months plus 20+inches :) i am 19lbs away from my first goal :) I am stuck in between training for bikini competitions or just continue with long distance running and possible triathlons :)
