What do you do for exercise? How much time to you spend exercising a day? With Osteoporosis does it help if you do weight training?
I love photography too, I am in need of a new camera at the moment, my sony slr was one of the first digital slrs that came out and its ancient!

I am new here. I've just completed my first week and am quite happy with the results, down 7 lbs. Of course this weight loss will slow down now, the first week is usually the best week. I've joined Sparkpeople in hopes of finding some friends and some support. I believe that supportive friends around you make for much better outcomes, so here I am.
More about me, I am happily married to a wonderful man who loves me no matter my weight. We will celebrate 10 years this fall, thank you Canada for letting gays marry. I am one of those not so rare men that no one ever hears about, I have osteoporosis of my spine and hips, yes men we get it too. It runs in my family and lucky me, I got it. It was a bit of a shock to find out considering I am only in my early 50's. Luckily no broken bones yet, but I have lost some of my height. I am pretty down to earth, love to garden, enjoy photography, computers (apple), movies, music, and tv, just to name a few. If you want to know more, just ask.
