Thank you Curvie Elvie and Carmel! I'll do my best! Tuesdays is my night out and I work on Tuesdays, so I haven't been on SparkPeople much today, BUT I will get in here tomorrow and post some things. We can build this group to a nice size and have a great supportive team here!
So now it's 11 pm and I'm exhausted and depressed.. DH was not a nice guy today and my job was stressful, too, and it's time of the month which always brings me down.. So.. I'm going to go do my cardio. I know I can dance for 10 minutes.. at least 10 will keep my spark going and I'll let you know if it does anything for my mood!
