I stopped smoking a little over a year, and its hard but if you really want it, I gained 12 pounds but with the support from my sparkfriends and family I was able to lose it all. Just remember, YOU ARE WORTH IT and YOU CAN DO THIS

Hello everyone, My name is Holly and this is the first time doing something like this. My goal is to lose atleast 35 pounds and I hope that I can achieve this goal with the help of this site. I am very excited to get started. I am 41 years old and it is getting harder to lose this weight. I love to read, spend time with my family, and love my frenchie, and anything to do with bulldogs. I would love to have someone to exercise with, as I think it would help me to reach my goals faster. I also would love some support with helping me to quit smoking, if anyone out there is also struggling with the nasty habit. I look forward to hearing from you all.
