MY GOAL FOR JUNE / JULY
1- lose 10 pounds
Hello all! My name is Kat and I live in Denver. 4 1/2 years ago I started losing weight with a starting weight of 253lbs, last year I moved to CO weighing in at 163, down 90! Awesome, right? Well not so awesome was gaining 30 of those awful pounds back in just 1 year to be back to a weight I haven't seen for 3. Talk about disheartening :( Right now I'm trying to pick my head back up and get back on track. I'm fairly active at the gym, hitting it up 3-5 times a week. My boyfriend and I also just started the couch to 5k plan (boy is running tough!). I usually throw in hiking or biking once a week as well whenever possible.
I'm hoping to meet some new great peeps on here to help me stay on track of my nutrition goals (because THAT my friends is where I fail). I'll be steaming along eating great for a few days and then BOOM! Backslide into fatty oblivion. Today I make a pledge that even if I slide back a little I race forward all that much harder :)
