Hello! My name is Samaria and I am a member of BGR-Warner Robins, Georgia. Although I am not yet a runner, I do actively particpate (when I can) in Virtual Runs and actual physical 5Ks. I joined SP because I needed something to help get me active as well as a way to help get me healthier.

Why do you like to run? As of now, I am not a runner but I like to walk/run because it gives me time to think and reflect. It also gives me the opportunity to have time to myself -- my "me time". Not to mention, I've always had the reoccuring dream about me and my Rottewieler jogging....Nope, I dont jog nor do I own a pet lol!!
My inspiration: All runners!!
Most difficult: Trying to learn how to breathe and run at the same time lol!

Running Code Name: Not started yet! Running Level: (1 month in!) Currently on "Walk Before You Can Run"...3 miles per day. End with 5 min run around merry-go-round in park. Favorite post workout food: Two-Egg Spinach & Cheese Omelette Why do you like to run? My inspiration: I love the BGR updates on FB! It's truly about getting healthy (diminishing insulin resistance)and getting my sexy 5 foot frame back!!! Most difficult: Currently walking 2.8 miles in 45min; having trouble shaving off more minutes.

Actually I don't like to run and have never ran a day in my life before I started the C25K program. But running has grown on me. My inspiration: My cousin inspired me when she began to run and reading the many stories of the BGR women. Most difficult: Running Hills. Any suggestions for running period would be appreciated.
