Indianapolis, IN Is there an active BGR chapter in your area? Yes, there is an active BGR chapter. If so, do you run with them? Me and one girl run together on Mondays. I'm also trying to run with our Saturday group as well.
We try to run events together as well. Love the team!

Greensboro, NC. We have a BGR group that runs in the evenings and early Saturdays. My work schedule doesn't allow me to join them, so I do my walk/jogs around the same running trails they do or in my neighborhood.
Houston, TX (but originally a member of Sacramento, CA - I miss my girls in Sacto!)
We have a very active chapter with runs early mornings and evening during the week as well as our large weekend group run.
I run during our large group run on the weekend and am trying to gather momentum for an evening weekday run closer to home. I'm giving that one more week before it gets scrapped and I just choose a run close to work after hours.
No matter how slow you go, you are lapping those on the couch.

New York, NY Yes! There is a very active chapter and runs in all of the boroughs. I've run a few times with the group in Central Park on Saturday mornings and in Prospect Park in BK.
I'm hoping to get a group together to run Tu/Th/Sat mornings in Brooklyn because the current BK group runs in the evenings and I hate running in the dark :/ The New York City fb group is great--lots of motivation and a nice community of women!
I posted the questions, but did not respond.. so here goes:
Chicago, IL There is an active BGR Chapter in Chicago I run with BGR and I serve as one of the run coordinators for the BGR-Chicago (Beverly) weekly group runs.
If you are interested in becoming a run coordinator, all it takes is desire and commitment. You do not have to be the fastest or most experienced runner, you just have to be consistent. The run coordinators schedule the group runs based on when they are willing/able to serve as the point of contact for the run. You choose the route, you can set the distance, you can set the time frame. As other walkers/runners join, you will find that the distance and time can change over time based on the progress of the group.
I hope this points you in the right direction. Please feel free to ask questions if needed. Be blessed!

Baltimore, MD Is there an active BGR chapter in your area? Yep - BGR Baltimore and BGR DC (I commute to DC for work) If so, do you run with them? I run with Baltimore currently. Haven't gotten out with DC yet except for races.
If you figured it all out today, what would be the point of tomorrow? ENJOY the process of being a work in progress
