I'm in central Florida and only run in early morning or late evening in the summer. Midday sun is brutal and zaps my energy. My running group at the gym and my local BGR group run in the light rain but never if there is lightning. I will do a run event in freezing weather if I paid more than $25 for it and there is a medal involved but I will not do a training run if it is freezing.

Yes! DC does not get as nearly cold as the Windy City so I can take it lol

I don't run in rain or snow but cold does not bother me. Plus I hate being hot versus cold.

I can simplify my life and lighten my burdens by deciding realistically what I want to do and what I have time to do. (~_^)

Do you run outside during inclement weather days?
