Hello ladies my name is Janae and I am obsessed with running! I started running back in January 2012. I ran my first 5k in May. I was scheduled to run my first 10k at the end of the month but I found out I have Patellofemoral Arthralgia. (Fancy words for swelling behind the knee caps). So I am not allowed to run for a few weeks. It's driving me crazy. But I wanted to join this group anyway because I WILL be running again. Just have to work on my knee!!
Running code name: Naeloves2run Running level: Beginner/Intermediate Favorite post workout food: Chocolate peanut butter smoothies/bananas/cliff bars Why you like to run: It has done wonders for my behind/makes me feel soo good when I am done! Your inspiration: When I see other people running. I just love that. Also when I feel like I can just run forever. When I first started I could barely run a minute. Most difficult run: Hills...not the biggest fan of running hills.
