Hi CB!!! first off..dont wait for monday. whats wrong with RIGHT NOW??? second..i find most people do better when they change ONE THING. for instance...i've had a rough few weeks. I own a bakery, and have been so busy over Christmas it has been just grab whatever and eat on the run. so, starting now, my first goal is to make sure all my meals are balanced and include a protein, veggie, and small portion of whole grain or veggie starch. Next week i will set a calorie range. The following week i will make sure i'm getting enough water..and so on. Set a goal..ONE goal. one you know you can reach..and maybe join our message board for Fast Break!! Its up under the community tab on the orange bar above..click on community, then message boards, then in the first section you will find Fast Break. It really helps!!

This losing weight is a "mind game" - how do I get my mind, my wanting, my cravings to stop giving me this attitude of not wanting to take better care of myself? I'm tired of how I look and feel about my body. I want to be healthy but I'm fighting this mind of mine that I will start doing better on Monday.....LOTS OF MONDAY'S HAVE BLOWN BY...
