You have the right attitude for this sight. We are not about diet, we are about a long term healthy life style.

I'm Trudy. I stumbled on this site while reading an email from another weight loss site. I saw an ad for the cookbook and downloaded it on my tablet. My interest was peeked and I decided to try Spark instead. I had lost 10 lbs before joining and have lost 3 more lbs since beginning this journery 2 weeks ago. My motivation is high and I am looking forward to making a lifetime committment to this new way of eating.
