That's exactly the goal I set for myself, that and reading something motivational every day!
You are definitely at the right place for some motivation. Positive thoughts=positive results. You can do it! Make small, attainable goals! I started by just drinking 64 oz of water and built on that.

Hi everyone!! Today I made the decision that I must do something positive about my weight and health. I've made this decision so many times before I can't count. Today is going to be different because I am admitting to myself that I can't do it alone. I'm asking for your help. I hope to be part of something much bigger than myself.
