Just thought i would pop in and say hi to all my team mates.
Weighed in this morning at 250lb and had a body fat mass of 48.4% (yuck).
Sick and tired of always being like this. Now its time to get totally selfish and start putting myself first and create the life that i want.
Unfortunately this is also the first day of my holiday. But i am taking my running gear with me and with a little self control and wise choices i know i can come back with a weight loss and hopefully a tan.
