Wow! Angelina, you are off to a great start!
I'm with you on the "it's harder now." When I was in my 20s & 30s, all I had to do to lose weight was cut back for a few days and zazazoom! the weight dropped. Now, it seems like I can put on 2 or 3 pounds in a weekend, then it takes a month to get it back off!
Since joining SparkPeople, I've been able to learn more about the correct calorie amounts and am much more inspired to exercise, which I always avoided in the past.
Joyfully owned by two retired racing greyhounds.
Happily vegetarian for 39 years.
