I make enchiladas with cottage cheese. A little cheddar, the thin corn tortillas, and sauce. Enjoy!! Only two of course.

Welcome to the team! The best thing about Sparkpeople is that you can learn how to lose weight and still eat the things you love - in moderation. I was never able to give up chocolate, and I never will, but I haven't let that stop me. You can do this! :)

Welcome to the team! Jillian's workouts might appeal to you. I like them because she is tough, but encouraging. I just read on your page that your status is that you are hungry...don't let yourself get hungry is one piece of advice I want to pass on. First make sure you aren't thirsty. Drink a glass of water and wait 10 to 15 minutes. If you are still hungry, eat something! Hunger is your body's signal that you NEED to eat. Work on eating better, not depriving yourself. If you need anything, just ask! Check out the team page and upcoming events. It's not too late to join week 2 of the Go Heart Yourself challenge. Participants will be chosen in a random drawing for a spark cardio blast workout dvd! We also have a spark meet up on March 1st for dinner at Red Robin. Hope to see you there!

So I'm new to Spark People. I read about it in a review of a Jillian Michael's DVD I was thinking about purchasing. I like what I've seen so far. I think this site (and hopefully team) will help me get in the right mindset to get going. I have yet to begin an exercise routine. However, I am just today beginning to mind what I eat again. I've got a long way to go though.
