My husband and I moved to San Marcos earlier this year but seeing as they don't have a team - I joined here and the Austin team.
We waterski competitively and are building a house at a tournament lake complex outside Martindale. While waterskiing is fairly good exercise, I really need to focus on losing weight during the off season. It's my hope to go to nationals next year and i'd really like to be considered competition for others. However, other than skiing - i HATE exercise!!!!
I took the dog for a walk last night and while it was nice out and I enjoyed it, I hate thinking of all the work and time it's going to take. I apparently love making excuses and looking at a negatives. Like the fact that I get no help/support from my husband. He wants me to lose weight too but ask him to go on a walk with me? Heck no!
Haha ok, enough of the pessimism. I KNOW I can do this if I try!!
