Hi Savanna! I'm so glad you joined this team. It is a wonderful place to get support and find local exercise buddies. Right now, members of our team are meeting on weekends to train for a half-marathon (there is a walking group and a running group, so regardless of your speed or fitness level, you are welcome to jump in) and we are also currently doing a team competition to eat more freggies. Lots of fun stuff happening - I hope to see you on the boards!
