Hi! I'm so glad you joined this team. It is a wonderful place to get support and find local exercise buddies. Right now, members of our team are meeting on weekends to train for a half-marathon (there is a walking group and a running group, so regardless of your speed or fitness level, you are welcome to jump in) and we are also currently doing a team competition to eat more freggies. Lots of fun stuff happening - I hope to see you on the boards!

Welcome to Spark at the SA team! The site can be very overwhelming at first, but it's definitely worth sticking with. Slow and steady is the way to go, you can get to your goal and keep that weight off!

Hi I'm new and still trying to figure out the site. I've tried so many different things to lose weight and always end up gaining it back, but I'm ready to make a change and keep it that way! I just need support and it's hard when everyone around me is skinny--they don't quite understand. Hopefully this site is going to be the push I need.
