Hi Everyone! I'm finally doing to better improve my health. My goal is to lose about 15 pounds. It may not be much but it is a big amount for me. I am a recently college grad and I do admit I found myself studying and snacking all the time. I am ready to get back on track, so I feel comfortable with my own body again.
