You are making a super smart move - getting your health under control by getting and staying at a healthy weight before it becomes a major problem in terms of obesity and disease. Hey, 15 lbs may not be a huge number, but it's better to get your health under control when that number isn't so huge!! It can definitely be a really big deal! It's great that you're starting now. Welcome to our team! :)

Hi Everyone!
I'm finally doing to better improve my health. My goal is to lose about 15 pounds. It may not be much but it is a big amount for me. I am a recently college grad and I do admit I found myself studying and snacking all the time. I am ready to get back on track, so I feel comfortable with my own body again.

P.S If anyone has a membership to Fitness 19 off Huebner/Bitters let me know! I need a workout buddy. All my "friends" have said they will go with me...but we all know how that is.
