Back in the gym after a long (many, many years) break. Have a personal trainer that somedays kicks my butt with workouts. I love it!!!!!
Subcribed to Oxygen early March 2012, bought the Eat Clean books, subscribed to that magazine as well, and Muscle and Fitness Hers.
I'm 55 yrs old, single mom of an almost 20 yr old daughter, my 83 yr old mom lives next door.
We eat together nightly, though now with me doing Eat Clean, I often take my own meals or fix double meals so my mom can have what she enjoys and I can eat healthy.
Weight at the end of March was 260, dropped 4 lbs for the first time in a year. Stayed at 264 +/- 1/2 lb for a year. Going on 5/10 to be weighed again at Dr's and have my BP checked, Get blood work done every 3-4 months to track sugar, cholesterol, etc. and how my activity is changing it.
Moved from 2 workout days a week to 3 and now moving to 6 soon. The between days I spent doing cardio by myself. My trainer will be leaving for the summer to go home (I work at a university and he's a student). He's working out a plan for my summer - looking forward to seeing what he comes up with.
