I also am relearning how to eat right, exercise, maintain a normal weight. I lost 90 lbs. 3 years ago, have maintained that loss with Sparks help. I still need to lose another 60 lbs. and am slowly doing that here. It is not easy to change the habits of a lifetime, & I confess to backsliding from time to time, but the change can & does happen if you are persistant. Keep trying, read the articles Spark sends & put their ideas into practice. Track your food honestly every day. Start working exercise into your every day activities - walk instead of driving, for instance. Check the Fitness page for ideas. Reach out on the message boards or write a public blog so people can reach out to you - they are very encouraging here. We've all been there. Those who keep trying succeed.God Bless your efforts!
