I've had no problems quitting soda...I was a huge everyday 'Coke' drinker. I actually quit drinking soda long before I started my little weightloss journey.....BUT, I gotta have my coffee and have no intentions of giving that up, lol..
Caffeine headaches are the WORST!!
When I want something carbonated (gotta have my fizzy bubbles), I drink 'La Croix' sparkling water. It has zero calories, and unlike other 'diet' or reg. sparkling waters, La Croix Sparkling water has NO artificial flavors or sweeteners, NO sodium, NO nothing. It's basically 'fizzy' water..with natural lime, lemon and other NATURAL flavors. The nice thing about La Croix is that it comes in 12 pack cans (some of the newer flavors come in smaller packs) and costs the same as a 12 pack of soda pop.

Hi.. I am also trying to give up pepsi. It is one of the hardest things that I have ever tried. Im dealing with a lot of health issues and my doctor wants me to lose 60 pounds. So far I have had no luck. Mainly because of the pepsi. I am going to try tomorrow to go without it. You have to keep in mind though if you go cold turkey more than likely you are going to get caffiene headaches.
Hello everyone i am working on cutting out pop and caffeine. slowly since I have really bad withdrawal symptoms if and when i have tried it cold turkey. I would welcome anyone to help motivate me and would love to be a motivator to anyone who needs it also. Looking for ward to hearing from all of you out there
