I'm excited to have found this group. I'm a nurse.I work 12hr shifts at a long term care facilty. I have lost 13 of the 93lbs I need to lose. My BIG problem is Exercise. After working 12hrs my feet hurt too bad to walk. I tried walking for 15 min twice a day but that really hasn't helped at all. I hope someone can give me some ideas.
