welcome ashley,so glad you have come, looking forward to helping each other reach our individual goals, hugs to you..............lita
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Hi, all. My name is ashley. I am 27 and I am in my second year of dental hygiene school. I have 10 months left, thank goodness!!! It is hard, but since I have started school I have gained a lot of weight. I weigh 150lbs right now and my goal is 135-130lbs. I would love to be able to reach this goal by my graduation date june 2008. I want to be a healthy weight in order to feel and look better, and also me and my husband want to have a family one day and I need to be as healthy as possible. I am looking for some support and motivation to help keep me motivated and reach my goals.
