I am a nurse and work at a university hospital in the surgical and CV ICU. I work 12 hour nights. Love my job!!

I've never tried WW but love it here! I haven't lost any weight in the last couple months - but I haven't gained any back either. Now that my husband is back in school, I'll be less likely to eat out and have more time to exercise so the weight should start coming off again!

Laughing is the best exercise!

emoticon I'm new here, great site so far. I used to be a good runner, with 2 marathons under my belt. Now I walk and 15 # heavier. My goal is to lose 10# by Oct 07! I'm a Medical Assistant at a major N.W. HMO. I'd appreciate the support. Thanks.
