“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Hello Rebecca and welcome to our SparkTeam!
I know for me there are many trigger foods that I just keep away from myself...ALL sugary, starchy things for sure! Instead I keep lots of veggies handy with some fruit. At work I cut up a bowl full of some of my favorite fresh veggies along with an apple for gnoshing on throughout the day. This helps me a great deal.
Great to see you jumping into our message boards and posting your introduction and request for help...this is how to get the MOST from your SparkTeams! :-)
