There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Hello, my name is Tennison. I became a CNA at the age of 17 and am currently 18 years old. I am super ambitious and plan on becoming either a Physical Therapist or OBGYN once I graduate high school. I believe that as a health care professional it's dire to be healthy yourself. I'm glad to be a part of the team and a part of the health care arena! :)

~Sometimes it is okay to be selfish. When I work out it is MY TIME to think, shine, sweat, and feel good!~
