There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. I'm new to this group, so I thought I'd say hi! I'm a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (sleep tech) at a children's hospital. Night shift! I'm new to SP but am 25 lbs into my weight loss journey. The hospital where I work expanded a few months ago, so I'm trying to take the stairs (10th floor!) at least once a week. It's a great eye-opener at 2:00 am!
