LOVE your stair challenge! Wish I had a building with flights to walk! :-)

Sadly, with the growing obesity among children, I'm betting your field has been getting busier & busier...

Great to have you joining our SparkTeam!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

No, I'm not one of those (can't even pronounce it), but welcome to the team. Ten flights of steps. Wow. I get winded after 3, best of luck with your goals.

I'm new to this group, so I thought I'd say hi! I'm a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (sleep tech) at a children's hospital. Night shift! I'm new to SP but am 25 lbs into my weight loss journey. The hospital where I work expanded a few months ago, so I'm trying to take the stairs (10th floor!) at least once a week. It's a great eye-opener at 2:00 am!

If there are any other RPSGT's, RT's, or other sleep professionals out there, I'd love to meet you.
