When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I'm new to this group, so I thought I'd say hi! I'm a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (sleep tech) at a children's hospital. Night shift! I'm new to SP but am 25 lbs into my weight loss journey. The hospital where I work expanded a few months ago, so I'm trying to take the stairs (10th floor!) at least once a week. It's a great eye-opener at 2:00 am!
