I have had a sparks page for a long time but never really got into it. I have been a full time student for the last 3 years and never really had to time to be devoted to my personal self:) I want to go full force at improving my health and fitness and I have see a lot of people have great success with sparks people and I need help. I need friends, I need help navigating around on my home page and using the tools available. If anyone has any helpful hits please feel free to share:) Thank you Tina
