When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Hi Everyone,

My name is Christine and I am from AZ. I currently work as a health and fitness specialist at a corporate wellness site where I also personal train and teach group exercise. I also teach private swim lessons at people's homes as well. I have worked in the fitness industry since 2008 and love it. I will soon be working towards a master's degree in human movement with focus on sports conditioning and exercise psychology. I love helping people lose weight and getting them motivated.
