I think you are right about the 'tweaks' - I know there's a few things I could do, but I'm resisting those changes - I love my carbs!

Congrats on getting so close to your goal. And welcome to the team. I have also gotten to within about 2 lbs. of my goal, but not quite there. I keep hovering about 5 lbs. above. I think that is where my body is happy for some reason. Or I am not ready/willing to make a few tweaks. Best of luck getting there and keep up the great work. And good for you for doing the personal trainer course!

**waves** Stopping in the introduce myself - I've been a member of SparkPeople for almost 2yrs, and am about 5lbs from my goal...currently experiencing a really long and lovely plateau(sigh..)

I'm am a married Mom of 2 girls, and am currently studying to become a Personal Trainer - final cert. is in March!

Any other PT's out there?
