It's great to hear that your DH is "on board" in building a healthier lifestyle. Children can be such a helpful motivator as you & DH are their primary role models and the healthy lifestyle you teach them NOW will serve them well and influence them positively for the rest of their lives! It is one of the most powerful gifts a parent can pass along to one's children!

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
