I am new to this team. I originally logged on to the website the beginning to 2010, but didn't follow through. I've just completed Day 4 and feel I'm doing very well and am enjoying it. I am an LCSW in private practice as a psychotherapist. My husband is a Certified Personal Trainer. He is extremely fit and I am 50 pounds overweight. I decided it was time for a change as I am not happy with myself. I feel this is helping me stay on track and is making me much more mindful of what and how much I'm eating.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
