When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Hi, I am Alia. I am a Certified HHA. My teacher who was an RN told me that I have the passion for nursing, so I want to try to become an RN down the line. I have lost 60 lbs since last summer. I am trying to lose about 60 more by next year. I am also gluten intolerant, so portion size is a must! The hardest part for me is when at work. I do live-ins three days a week. I am just one of the lowest of the Care team, but at least I care about my clients.
