When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Hi everyone! My name is Christin, and I'm a COTA (hence the screen name.) I'm a certified occupational therapy assistant, and I'm slowly working on a bachelors degree in Allied Health Management and Education. Not sure if I want to get my masters yet... let me tackle my bachelors, first!
I suffer from what started as Medical Student Syndrome, and has warped into a general case of all-around hypochondria. I think I have every disease or disorder out there, including an enlarged prostate (kidding!!)
I am aiming to lose about 80 pounds, but have had a crazy year, but those things are behind me, and it's time to move forward!
