Hi! I'm a newbie to the group thing. Have been using SparkPeople for a few years... but never very consistent. :(

I'm currently a nursing (RN) student. I graduate in December. I haven't decided what I want to do yet. I really enjoyed my OB L&D rotation but I think I'm headed down the nurse anesthetist road so that means I have to head to the ICU for some experience! Exciting!

Hoping to have a plan and STICK TO IT this time around! Glad to see a group like this!!! emoticon

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I am now retired with a background of an ED RN and Nursing Supervisor who worked nights and got my bio-rhythms out of kilter now having to lose weight.
