When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Thank you all for such a warm welcome. I made two of my major goals today. I didn't drink any pepsi (my biggest vice). And I drank 8 glasses of water (my most dreaded beverage). LOL but I did it.

Hi everyone. My name is Jennifer and I am a home care worker for adults with mental disabilities. I have been to SP 2 times in the past and just coming back for my 3rd time. This one is the charm. I am really working it this time but need support. Could use all the friends I can get to keep kicking my behind to make myself hold myself resposible and no excuses. This time I have made it to the 2nd stage in my journey and loving every minute of it. Thank you for allowing me to join. Jennifer
