Great to have you joining our Team and jumping into our message boards to post your introduction!
Lately I've been a big fan of Nordic walking for adding to my ST for arms, abs, shoulders and back. It's like taking the elliptical to the streets!
Keep coming back to share your thoughts, trials, tribs and SUCCESSES to get the most from our SparkTeam! :-)

"When I say it’s you I like, I’m talking about that part of you that knows that life is far more than anything you can ever see or hear or touch. That deep part of you that allows you to stand for those things without which humankind cannot survive. Love that conquers hate, peace that rises triumphant over war, and justice that proves more powerful than greed.” Mr. Rogers

To eat intelligently is an art.
PEACE- it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still BE CALM IN YOUR HEART.
Life begins at the edge of your comfort zone.
Hi everyone! I'm happy to join you all and share our ideas about healthy and happy living. I'm a psychotherapist and life coach who knows that I thrive in a community of mutual support. I'm hoping to persevere in eating nutritious food, increase my exercise, and build up my muscle mass. Any hints on the latter? Have a beautiful day!
