There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Hello everyone! My name is Tracy, I'm an RN and this is my 2nd time around with SP. I just had a baby girl on Feb. 22, and I cannot wait to get back into working out like I used to! I gained close to 70 lbs while pregnant*i know...eeek!* and have lost 40 of those lbs. so just 30 more to go :) I have just been walking at the park with Abby *my baby* until my 6 week check up when I will be cleared to really work out. So anyway, I am going to try to be more active on the boards this time and meet some new people. Look forward to losing this weight and talking to you guys:)
