“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Great to have you joining our SparkTeam!
Wow! Your office is a gym? Wonder what they'd make of my requisition order for MY office in our lowly little non-profit building...lol!
So pleased to see you jumping right into our message boards and hope to see a lot more of you here...posting one's feelings, insights, trials, tribs and SUCCESSES is how to get the MOST from your SparkTeam! :-)

HI I'm Theresa and just joined Spark 4 days ago. I'm a physical therapist assistant and soon to be massage therapist (soon as I take the National Cert.) and I'm hoping once and for all to get myself in shape and to be a good role model for my patients. My office is literally a gym so enough excuses....It's time to get serious and get healthy. I look forward to the support I hope to find on Spark!!
