welcome,Mary......wow 50 pounds gone forever.......way to go.........what an inspiration you are to us all..........
we are cheering your success........
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I have been a R.N. for 27 years . I started my career in the Operating room for 17 years until a work injury forced me into a different field of nursing . I now work as an advice nurse for Kaiser. I am giving advice regarding losing weight and being healthy . I decided that if I preach it, I needed to take a look in the mirror and stand behind my advice . I now have lost over 50 lbs with 20 to go !!!
