hi and welcome Judi..........wish you well with you lifestyle changes,as we journey together.............we are here for each other............if you need any help don't hesitate to ask..............looking forward to getting to know you better...............blessings and hugs..................lita

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

Hi. My name is Judi.I'm 41. I live in Milford,NH. Married with 3 cats 1 dog. I decided to switch careers from Marketing to LNA. I'm a recent graduate. I passed state exam in July. I just recently started my first job at an assisted living facility. So far I love my job. I enjoy helping the seniors. Once I figure out what I'm doing I would like to further my education. If there are any other LNA's out there I would love to hear from you. Tell me a little about what to expect in the field, advice, opinions etc. I'm trying to get my body back after years of yo yo dieting. I made a commitment to myself that this would be the last time. From here on out I am going to do my best to live a healthier lifestyle. I'm excited to be part of this team.
