When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
My numbers have always been in normal range so you beat me by a long shot!

My total cholesterol's never topped 130, and my trig's have never topped 100.
Oops, I just felt a gooey tomato splat on my head.
Will check on my numbers Fri...did bloodwork last week, never DID hear the results...! I've never paid much attention tho' as my numbers came down to normal range a long time ago... :-)

My doctor said with these numbers he could not ascertain the others, that these numbers had to come down to get HDL and LDL numbers.
