hi,TRACIE...........wish you well with you lifestyle changes,as we journey together.............we are here for you............if you need any help don't hesitate to ask..............looking forward to getting to know you better...............blessings and hugs..................lita

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I get so disappointed with myself because I just cant seem to do this but I still keep trying. So here goes another try. Recently graduated college. RN. So this is in hopes that now that I have more time I can really do it this time. I need to loose about 30 pounds to be considered healthy. Its hard to be a nurse and be overweight. Especially when you have to tell others that they need to loose weight. I feel like such a fake then. So I am motivated this time. Not only because of my new position but also will be going to vegas with the girls soon. (No worries, I am happily married.) I am hoping that this site will help me with my motivation. Here's to all of us!!!
