There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
I get so disappointed with myself because I just cant seem to do this but I still keep trying. So here goes another try. Recently graduated college. RN. So this is in hopes that now that I have more time I can really do it this time. I need to loose about 30 pounds to be considered healthy. Its hard to be a nurse and be overweight. Especially when you have to tell others that they need to loose weight. I feel like such a fake then. So I am motivated this time. Not only because of my new position but also will be going to vegas with the girls soon. (No worries, I am happily married.) I am hoping that this site will help me with my motivation. Here's to all of us!!!
