Thanks for the welcome Lita, and hi again Don :)
I'm sure I'll feel great in this team once I've settled into a "SP routine". It can be kind of overwhelming to try and keep up with a few different teams at once, but I'm sure I'll get used to it :)
I saw some of you jokes in the Daily Chuckle, Lita. Thanks for that!
Super to have you choosing to join our SparkTeam, Bekkie!
Even BETTER to see you jumping right into our message boards! That's one of the ways to get the MOST from SparkPeople!
Motivation is what we're all about! SparkTeams can give one a sense of accountability, support, increased knowledge and a sense of community & belonging.
See you 'round our boards! :-)

“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
I'm a 24 year old (newly qualified) midwife myself and would love to get into contact with others!
I've been with SP for a couple of weeks now and it's been a lot of fun! I hope I can keep the motivation...
