Thanks for the welcome Lita, and hi again Don :) I'm sure I'll feel great in this team once I've settled into a "SP routine". It can be kind of overwhelming to try and keep up with a few different teams at once, but I'm sure I'll get used to it :) I saw some of you jokes in the Daily Chuckle, Lita. Thanks for that!
welcome,BEKKIE.............This is a wonderful team to keep yourself motivated............sparkpeople have many great articles, information.......... people all ready and willing to help keep you on track........wishing you success with your goals.....blessings and hugs..........lita
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I'm a 24 year old (newly qualified) midwife myself and would love to get into contact with others! I've been with SP for a couple of weeks now and it's been a lot of fun! I hope I can keep the motivation...
