YES WAY! I was working with her and her name badge said "Betty Degeneres" so I asked her if she was related to Ellen and she said "yes, she's my daughter!" I had to pick my jaw off the floor then. She was very nice.

NO WAY, I love Ellen's comedy but didn't know her mom was a speech path!!! TOO COOL... I am fluent in American Sign Language and was once able to interpret for Bill Cosby... Hey I used to just do regular Radiology exams and worked with Speech Paths. I even worked with Ellen Degeneres' mom, Betty! She's a Speech path too and we did a bunch of MBS' together.. Coolness.

Hey just wanted to say hi to everyone. My wife and I just joined and are on our way to a new and healthier life. I am a CT Tech. I've been working in the medical field for about 22 years now, first as an EMT and then and now as a Radiologic Technologist (CT). My DW and I are hoping to both lose about 50 lbs in time for our WDW trip in June with our DD12. So far this site has really helped, I'm so glad we found it. God bless.
