hi lita, denise and coops.

yes I'm tracking my nutrition, well, yesterday and I posted a blog on my page on how I don't eat that many calories, and that's probably not good, so today I tried to have breakfast and I'm about to go to lunch soon. my fitness is hard to track, I like to play sports (tennis, softball, hiking) and even though I know it works I can't count the calories I burn unless I go to the gym, I do crunches at home in the morning and can't count that either. I'm sure they explain that on the website, I'm still getting used to how to use it.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

thanks sparkle, hopefully by the summer I'll show a pic in a 2-piece bathing suit! the only thing I would like to change about my body (besides losing weight) is to have a waist, I'm trying to look for exercises that help you do that. If you know any please let me know ;)

Hi EVERYONE!! just joined yesterday and I'm loving it!! I'm trying to lose from 20-30 lbs. and I hope to be in shape for summer! my problem was the lack of motivation but since yesterday thanks to SP I've been motivated enough to work out. hope you all have a great tuesday!!!
