“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

and to the team.
Greetings to all. Hello, I am new to Spark People and so I want to introduce myself. I am a medical student working hard to balance my single parent lifestyle with, well life. I have received plenty of encouragement here so far. Thank you to all who read my posts.
